Tawau: Bing's recital: 2nd Mar 2012

It's been a while since I update my blog, but recently traveled quite a few places, I should start with this, a friend's solo recital in Tawau.

My music college junior, who has just finished her studies not long ago, she decided to go back where she came from and perform her debut solo recital, hometown Tawau.

Her motive is rather motivating, to expose classical music to the locals of Tawau. Luck is on her side, with a good intention, she managed to advertise her concert in all the local papers for free, printing posters at extremely cheap price, renting piano at a reasonable price, too, everything just seem side with her.

We stayed in this cheh-kai new hotel, luckily its new, I don't know how will it be 6 months down the road.

The design of the room is just simple.

Toilet also simple, well, how complicated you want a toilet to be?

Looks haunted corridor especially in Tawau.

The unfinished cafe, an oboe solo going through my mind

The reception

The lift that is designed to confuse you upon entering.

I went to the highest floor, the 10th, to get a full view around the Tawau town, i reached this under construction site.

A shot in the night.
