body checkup

juz came back from checkup @ Kajang BP centre.. quite crowded in the morning, and there aren't enough chairs for the patient.. I stood there for nearly 2 hours until my turn..

the staff there are nice and kind as they keep on busy working but never neglect the patient around and try their best to answer enquiries.. the staff @ the counter even pull out her own seat and give it to an old man standing nearby, compare to some 2 talkative aunties who sitted there whole day long and chit chatting..

since I've been standing there for 2 hours, I've got nothing to do other than observing those staff walking around and doing their jobs.. I saw a lady which I think she's in her 20s, she's not only young and good looking she's also kind and nice as well, although she never stop working for the whole morning she still appear to be very patience, speaking in a soft and well manered tone to the people around.. Then she notice me standing there for like almost 2 hours (it's almost my turn) she also showed some concern like asking me wether had I done registration or not.. I simply answered her and she continue to busy in her own stuff..

then its my turn, apparently she's the person to do check up for me.. quite co-incidence also, cuz I saw her first busy with checkup stuff, then turned to busy some documentation stuff afterwards for quite a long time, and one guy took over her job.. I tot I would be meeting the guy, instead, she return to her post and I was the next person to do the checkup.. she speaks to me soft and nicely, wow, haha, I also kinda emberassed answering her.. I tot I would only see that in dramas, and never ever in MALAYSIA, and a small centre sum more..

the process taking my blood sample wasn't that smooth, she states that I'm too nervous (in fact, maybe I do..) keep on asking me to relax relax .. the more she asked me to, the more nervous I am.. in the end, I took 3 shots in total..

and then proceed to ECG checkup, I've got no idea what is that, since I got it in the "package" thingy, I'll just do it as well.. again she's the same person doing the test for me.. she brought me into a room.. then ask me to took off my shirt.. stunted about few seconds, I stare at her showing some sort of retarded looking face, she stare back at me again asking me took out the shirt again, uhh.. then only I took out my shirt and noticed her laughing behind me..

the rest is just normal checkup.. that's all, took me the whole morning just to do simple checkup..
best thing is, I get to meet such nice and kind person, lucky me..

Polycarb water bottles harmful to health

GEORGE TOWN: Polycarbonate water bottles are harmful and the use of them may be linked to many health abnormalities, says the Consumer Association of Penang.

Its president S.M. Mohamed Idris said that polycarbonate-made water bottles will leach out bisphenol A (BPA), a potent hormone disruptor which can have a detrimental effect on future generations.

“BPA is a synthetic chemical that is also known as ‘environmental hormones.’ It can disrupt the hormone-secreting glands that form a network known as the endocrine system that includes the thyroid, pituitary, pancreas, thymus, adrenal, ovaries and testical glands.

“The chemical could lead to impairment of the reproductive organs, has an adverse effect on tumours and on prostate development by reducing sperm count, and also has adverse influence on breast cancer tissue development,” he said during a press conference on Tuesday.

He said that such bottles can be identified by a number seven inside a triangle with the letters PC next to it.

“The bottles are being sold everywhere and people think they are safe as they can withstand high temperature liquids.

“But researchers have found out that BPA can leach into the bottle’s contents through normal wear and tear, exposure to heat and cleaning agents,” he said.

Mohamed Idris claimed that a study conducted by the University of Missouri found that the chemical can even leach into liquids at room temperature.

“This finding is alarming and I urge the Education Ministry and parents to ban the use of the bottles in schools and for the people to restrain from using polycarbonate or any other plastic bottles,” he said.

He said that steel or glass bottles are preferred and cost about the same as the polycarbonate bottle at around RM12.

LOTR concert

went to perform in the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra show @KLCC for the Lord Of The Rings concert..

I joined the choir under the name of Young KL Singers instead of Malaysian Inst. of Arts...

Haha, overall, good experience but not so good memory afterall...

Justin, the baritone soloist, used to be my BB junior, well, we're both ex-bb member, haha..

We sang pretty OK, very bad in the beginning but gradually improved each performance, but not up to standard yet.. even my friend commented, the choir is ma ma dei oni, aiks..

I couldn't blame it.. Although I'm a musician, but I'm not good in choir this kind of stuff.. Then, for all these 4 months the rehearsals and training we get, were sort of different with the way we can rehearse with the orchestra..

we only have 2 practises with the orchestra accompaniment before the show, so rush..

Several reasons like,

1. we only practised with piano for all these months, members are not used to listen to orchestra..

2. we're doing full movements, not part by parts, sitting there counting rests and beats stunts most of the member.

3. biggest problem of all, we're not used to the way the conductors conduct, it changes all the time..

4. another big problem, the way orchestra follow the conductor is different with us, both side wasn't wrong, but technically different, aiks, we always make sounds earlier than the orchestra..

5. pitching, oh well, always, as usual..

uhh.. new friend from YKLS, surprisingly she's oso a bb member, haha.. small world..

I gave all out during the performances, and I got my throat injured I guess, I got sore throat, and I wonder will I lose my voice after this, wooo ..

Parts like going up to high F sharp and as low to lowest D is definitely not within my range, and I need to do it at the dynamics of fortesisimo(fff), and that took me out.. I wouldn't wanna involve in such gila stuff anymore..

My new home...

oh.. finally get to go back my own home after more than a week staying outside due to the LOTR concert performance.. do a little updates over here..

I had weird dreams recently, around my finals running on now.. Tomorrow is last day, piano exam !! Uhh.. anyway let's get down into the point..

Story 1

I dreamed that I was sitting for an exam, then here come this baldy examiner come and say something unpleasant to me, I was angry so I scolded him back some bad words..

The baldy examiner took out his pen writing bad comments of me and took away some points from my examination..

I was so furious so I took a Trumpet case from nowhere (I wonder how did I do that..) and smack it on the baldy's head...

Then I woke up heart beating fast, the angry mood is still around..


Story 2

I was on the bus, I got no idea where I'm going, just sitting in it..

The bus was moving in a moderate speed, and then not faraway, there's a group of people crossing the street, the bus driver seems didn't care at all, he drove into the pedestrian crashing them like bowling..

Again I'm so furious, this time I took up a fire extinguisher and smack on the driver's head.. and over him..

this was the next night, I couldn't remember much about it, all I recall is a scene, a person was shot in the head from a sniper faraway..

what a week

After suffering some last minute laziness, now I can take a short break before my finals..

Been not sleeping good this few days.. Cuz rushing for assignments...

This week is sort of bored, other than assignments, busy work, busy attend rehearsals..

And I became the lousiest student ever in this sem..

I skipped quite a number of classes, and late for many classes..

I did alot last minute job..

I didn't practise hard for my piano and clarinet..

And I even lazy to sleep... haha..

Tuesday night, I didn't sleep whole day.. Cuz nid to finish up the presentation on the next day.. Luckily I prepared my presentation in a recorded video form, I don't need to spend any energy on presenting or talking, simply click the play button and let everyone watch the rest..

The next day, got a call from a friend crying in the phone.. telling me that life's too hard for her.. She have to work whole day long and attend night classes, then taking care of the family as well, almost got an accident on the road because almost fell asleep when she's driving.. Pity her, I didn't really know how to comfort her except telling her to cheer up and talk some lousy jokes..

Yea, life's really that cruel when money become dominating in this world.. Money is not everything, but without it, you're nothing, and you can't do anything.. can't even survive..

Through what I see in others, I think I'm really a rich dude as I've never worried that I'll die of hunger or not enough food to eat, instead, sometimes I waste my time dreaming of buying luxurious car, stlyish handphone, expensive shirts and visiting expensive places..

My parents are not Datos or successful business man to provide me luxurious life, but they're really great parents they taught me how to spend my money wisely.. I'm not driving big cars or using stylish handphone, but seriously, I really appreciate it, and if I'm really to compare it, my life is "damn luxurious" compare to the less affordable community..

Yes, never spend more than you earn, you'll never need to worried much about money.. if you want to live a luxurious life, please go ahead and find ways to make big money.. owning big house, several cars or whatever u name it doesn't means rich, you're only rich when you know how to spend wisely..

Yea, seeing those materialistic people in my life, I laugh.. how money has totally become their solely purpose to live and all they wanna do is those furnished themself with money, oh well, WHEN THEY DON'T HAVE THE MONEY TO DO SO.. Apparently, they make alot money, but they don't save any money, that's all..

OK gotta cut the personal crap here, let's go back to my life..

Thursday night, I went to work on afternoon and practise in the night, I went home late, its already 11 something when I reached home..

haha, now only I start to do my counterpoint harmony, augmentation and diminution.. Its due by the next morning and I gotta rush this assginment that was given 3 weeks ago I guess.. I know it's never easy but I take it easy, muahaha, well, as a punishment, I spent whole night till morning juz to compose a 16 bars augmentation & 10 bars diminution.. well, I took that long, becuz I'm a lousy musician, wahahah.. no talent at all..

However I guess I'm really lucky that a friend kept on sms me until 4am in the night, otherwise I'm damn boring thinking of tau gehs for like about, 6 or 7 hours, crap.. and you can finish playing my composition in less than 1 minute..

the rest is, I went choir rehearsal at night, and then Saturday noon just now rehearsed at KLCC MPO, now came back..

some old games I played

The first I touched warcraft and final fantasy series is Warcraft III and Final Fantasy 7, and curious about its past production, I've done this, search for them thru internet, and played them.. and I even completed Final Fantasy 6 that is released 1994, I've tried to play FF1 - 5, haha, but the first game was published in 1987(that's when I born), I was like, forget it, the graphic, I really can't stand it, I'm too modern.

this is such a creative name I gave to my own radio station..

yes, tonight, I did an online music radio station broadcasting, and I'm the DJ of the night, whahahaah..

It was initiated by my lecturer Ms Ang, she asked if anyone would interested in creating online radio station, I thought it would be fun, so I joined the program.

Well, it was fun, initially, it is not.. When you talk about online radio station, of course you have to online, but the problem is, I'm staying outside so I've no access even to my own computer.. I couldn't start my work until the last day I got back home, I started to work on it on early morning..

It was real tough at the beginning.. I squeezed and cracked my head figuring out what kind of program I should do, listened to tons of music trying to find the right music, trying to write a nice script for what a DJ should say, doing soundcheck and recording over and over again, and this had took me whole day.. (in the middle, I took some break, I went swimming, hahaha)

I finish all my stuff 5 minutes before the broadcast launched, on 9pm.. Unfortunately my lecturer couldn't make home on time so we had to delay the broadcast. The broadcast didnt really went smoothly.. through this experience, I found out several weak points..

1. I have to use low bitrate quality, cuz my audience can't enjoy high speed connections..
2. only up to 5 users can connect to my pc at one time (b4 this I sent out link like crazy... )
3. I spelt sonata as nasota !!!! (in mandarin, reversed)

but overall, my audience enjoy it, haha, cuz this is rare even for them.. DJ Yeu.. woa, you can't imagine it.. haha.. Listening to my own broadcast, I'm sounded like dull cow.. aiks.. mooooo ~ ~ perhaps next time I must speak more lively..

random crime

juz came back from Setapak after passing some study materials to my friend, coincidently there's some fighting happened below her condo, and so we stood aside and look at it.. I reluctantly took out my handphone to get the images, unfortunately my thick rectangle SE 1.2mp couldn't work that good to take clear shots in the night..

from what I heard from the bystanders, there's this 2 guyz on the bike wanna enter the condo so they have to pass through the guard house, but the guard look at their samseng face sum more no entry pass so he denied their entrance...

I think this 2 guyz must've taken some drugs or alcohol before they try to gain entry..

Went furious, this 2 punk use their helmets and smashed it against the glass window of the guard pondok.. The guards were stunt then they came out to counter-attack the terrorist.. The terrorist seems to at the lower ground, they run into the guard pondok instead and lock themself up in the room refusing to let the CTs get them..

Meanwhile, passbyer start to stop by and turned into bystander aka audience and ppl and cars start crowding over the place.. then we have smart people called the police, and they "arrived shortly" after for dunno how long it is..

The polices came and tangkap them, sending them into the car and that's the end of the story..

Cancelled again ...

3 Days before my mid term exam..

this is quite an old post.. dated back to 12 - 14th of September.. I went to Penang for a trip with my high school buddies.. I went there on Thursday night, that day I had my Italian Diction exam, kaka.. We stayed overnight there and depart next early morning..


the first night.. at andy's house.. play PSP until 5am..

Bcuz I played PSP until 5am and we depart on 8am, I was so tired.. zzzz



Then we reached Ipoh.. May I present to you, Andy & Mary..



Yea.. you have the idea where are we eating.. if you don't know, too bad la..



And we have this really yi hei friend (I told him so many times, yi hei cannot cari makan) help us to keep an eye on those authorities that walking around giving saman..



After that, we had a break and bought some fruit at the rest station beside the highway.. So damn cool, they have escalators..



Then we reached the Sultan's gallery..



Unfortunately, they closed during that moment, so we decided to come back last day when we going back to KL.. we took some pictures first..

Anyway, I wanna include the message of anti-smoking here.. As you all know, smoking is bad for health, it cause many kinds of illness but people still rely on smoking.. the bad effect includes..


This is my friend, he looks like this before he start smoking, looking smart eh ?



however ever since he started to smoke, nvm.. you get my message..



For supper, these kaki bottles have these.. a pack of cards, a bottle of coke, and a bottle of chivas.. For me, I got 0% interest on these stuff.. So I became so anti-social, I went back to the room and study for my exam alone.. I slept after that, so I got totally no idea what happeend after that..

But what turns me on is looking at those 3 new Yamaha jet-ski, rm60 for 20 minutes, pretty cool eh ?

This is damn fun.. riding this new Jet-ski, and I accelerates at full speed on the sea, damn exciting.. Fullfilling my speeding desire.. Yee and Seng spoil one of the jet-skis..



And we're ready for it..



Before that, we took a group photo..

We played banana boat, 2 rounds for RM15 each person, not a bad price eh ?



We also play this parasailing stuff.. this is damn fun.. RM50 each for 1 round



and I'm ready for it, although I'm afraid of heights...

And we're being taught how to do a landing.. unfortunately, it turns out to be a bad one.. We landed in the sea instead on the beach... splash..

The next morning, we're ready to leave this place..

then on the way back, we had our last Penang delicacy... there's only 3 prawns in the Char Kuey Teow, but they're damn huge and tasty.. for the price of RM5.50 per plate.. kena con ?



Of course, then we go back to the Sultan's Gallery to finish our unfinished visit..












This is the end.. back to KL, get ready for my mid term exam..

resulted: ppl study hard go no where during exams.. and I go play.. now finish exam and holiday started, I go no where and stayed at home zzzzz... while some others go play.. .
